Plastic Supply is a service oriented company that caters to our customer's needs. Our value-added services include free local deliveries, custom 3D CNC milling and routing, CNC turning and laser cutting and fabrication.

Cutting

Plastic Supply cuts material to size based on our customer's requirements. We have a variety of cutting equipment including table saws, panel saws, band saws and chop saws. Our skilled technicians will pre-cut your order to tight tolerances ensuring maximal yields.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Plastic Supply offers computer aided design (CAD) services in addition to our cut to size and fabrication services. Once your design is complete, we are happy to ship parts per your exacting specifications.

• Economical value at $35 / hour for basic prints
• Inquire about discounted drafting services in conjunction with material or fabrication orders over $250
• Improves communication between you and our production team
• Engineering and design services available upon request

CNC Capabilities (in house)

• No minimum quanties
• 3D CNC routing (up to 5' x 12')
• 4-axis CNC milling
• CNC turning (up to 10" diameter)
• Machine parts assembly
• R & D and prototyping

Custom fabricated parts include gears, sheaves, sprockets, bearings, bushings, collars, manifolds, rollers and more.

Turned pieces can be threaded on the inner or outer diameter.

Complex 3D parts with multiple operations, including assembly can be handled by our skilled machinists.

Laser Fabrication

Where maximal material yields and tight tolerances are a must, there is no substitute for laser cutting/engraving equipment.

Small laser cut puzzle pieces fit together with ease.	Laser engraving takes design work to the next level.
Cross hatching and engraving allows for precision hobby work.	Laser cutting is perfect for company logos.

Acrylic Fabrication Seminars

Learn to build your own projects with acrylic (Plexiglas^®). This hands-on class will teach you basic fabrication techniques including:

• Scribing and cutting
• Sanding and buffing
• Basic maching (routing and drilling)
• Proper use of adhesives
• Thermoforming and line bending
