Cast and extruded nylon (Type 6, 6/12 and 12)
Cast nylon is common in many demanding applications where wear resistance, high tensile and compressive strength is a must. The material also exhibits a
low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance. Nylon is available in a large number of shapes and sizes.
Typical applications include bearings, sheaves, gears, wear pads, pulleys, cams, augers, sprockets, starwheels, timing screws, manifolds and rollers.
